Judami
I'm Judami, the founder and lead designer of Three Stems Floral Studio. My journey into the world of florals began in 2017 while planning for my own wedding. What started as a search for inspiration quickly bloomed into a lifelong passion. That curiosity led me to join a leading catering and event company in the DMV area, where I gained hands-on experience collaborating with talented planners and florists on a wide range of events.
Although I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University and never imagined myself becoming a florist, I soon fell in love with the artistry of floral design—the creativity, the emotion, and the joy flowers bring to life’s most meaningful moments.
Today, I'm grateful to create thoughtful, beautiful floral designs that reflect care, intention, and attention to detail. It’s truly an honor for me to help make lasting memories through flowers.

MI FAMILIA
I’m married to my hometown, college sweetheart, and best friend, Derwin. Together, we share three “little stems” who keep us wonderfully busy and give our lives a beautiful sense of purpose.
In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, especially long summer evening walks through my hometown. I also enjoy styling my home and unwinding with a good book or my favorite reality TV shows.
ROOTED IN MEANING
At Three Stems, the name carries a meaning that is deeply personal and close to my heart. It represents my three sons while also reflecting my faith, which serves as a foundation for both my life and my work. It also honors a beautiful and inspiring community, individuals with Down syndrome, where three copies of the 21st chromosome create something uniquely extraordinary.
My oldest child has Down syndrome, and through him, my family has experienced a depth of love, perspective, and joy that has shaped us in the most meaningful ways. It has taught us to slow down, to celebrate the little moments, and to see beauty in a way that is both profound and lasting.

STUDIO
We believe in the beauty of having a sacred space to create. For me, that space is my light-filled home studio, a place where ideas come to life and creativity flows naturally. With its soft, white walls as a backdrop, it becomes the perfect canvas to explore as much or as little color as each design calls for. It’s here that every arrangement is thoughtfully brought to life with intention, care, and a touch of everyday magic.
